Haunting on 6th street
One family goes all out to decorate for Halloween for a cause.

Around October you’ve probably driven around and seen houses decorated with blow up cats, a couple skeletons and some spiderwebs. Some families take it to a whole other level though. On 3020 West 6th St., the Foust family has been decorating their house above and beyond for 10 years.
It all started after they had a couple of family members who had passed away from cancer. Every year that they have done this event, they have taken donations to give to the Gift of Hope Cancer foundation.
They started it with t-shirt models that they got from the sports shop when it closed. Then they painted them and hung them up and it went on from there.Their favorite decoration is the hearse that they constructed on their own. “It took about two weeks to build. The part that took the longest was the wheels,” said Reece Foust. The family tries to improve this display every single year.
Their kids enjoy doing it too, and on the weekends they scare people who come by for fun. “I’m gonna be a human butcher,” said Foust.
