North Platte Student Ministries, competing in the “other” category, brought their signature street tacos to last Friday’s Backyard Barbeque at North Platte High School. Jim Streker, since moving to North Platte, has had a big interest in reaching students in the community through ministry. He enjoys his service stating, “We’re a bunch of churches who care about North Platte students.
