Former North Platte High School student Koty DeCent is a regular at The Espresso Shoppe’s open mic night. He usually performs covers of songs from alternative bands, but he also sings his own original songs sometimes. “My motivation would be the audience. Just seeing their faces gets me pumped to perform,” said DeCent.
